ABSTRACT
人工智能最近获得了各个领域的广泛关注,在多个领域多个应用获得了巨大的成功。在这个报告中我将分享在近年来人工智能浪潮下物联网新的研究热点。物联网作为信息系统向物理世界的延伸,极大拓展了人类认知和控制物理世界的能力,已经被称为继计算机和互联网之后的世界信息产业的第三次浪潮,正在深刻地改变着人类的生存环境和生活方式。物联网的核心任务是无处不在的数据感知、以无线为主的数据传输以及智能化的数据处理。在这个报告中,我将和大家分享最新的物联网的一些研究和挑战,尤其是大规模无线传感器网络,基于RFID的无源感知,最新的无源感知及无源无线网络方面的科研和发现,和物联网的一些安全挑战问题。

互联网已经和经济系统深度融合形成了新的“赛博智能经济系统”,从信息的角度出发,赛博智能经济是信息增长更快的经济,而信息有序与快速增长的核心原因是算法,本报告将首先分析赛博智能经济与计算思维的密切联系,进而通过广告推荐,共享出行,移动补贴市场等多个案例分析给出算法在赛博智能经济中的重要作用。
ABSTRACT
Driven by the demands of explosive big data applications, advanced computing across geographically dispersed data centers is evolving to be a major paradigm for high-performance big data processing and analytics. A data center network is composed of a dedicated center network (CN) of ultra-high bandwidth that interconnects multiple data centers, each containing a massive number of servers, and an edge network (EN) that connects the CN to edge servers through the Internet. While the CN provides high-performance distributed computing in an ultra-large scale in both parallelism and geographical span, the EN supplies ubiquitous on-demand client access to the CN and supports real-time data collection from heterogeneous data sources, pre-processing and outsourcing.
In this talk, I will first introduce the architecture and new features of advanced computing in data center networks, and overview some current research focuses in different levels of this advanced computing environment in response to three big challenges - efficiency, reliability and security. Then, to show the research opportunities in this challenging direction, I will discuss some research problems and present their solutions by illustrating the relevant work done by my research team. Finally I will conclude the talk by displaying some of our on-going and future work in this direction.

多源数据集成分析是大数据应用的重要问题之一,由于数据集包含了大量敏感隐私信息,隐私信息泄露问题成为阻碍数据集成分析广泛应用的一个关键性因素。多源数据的异构、相关性和动态性等特征导致了隐私信息泄露模式更为复杂多变,对数据隐私模型的适用性、隐私保护方法的效用性和隐私处理算法的复杂性等提出了多方面理论和技术挑战。我们针对多源相关数据集成分析的隐私性保护模型和技术开展研究,着重研究多源相关数据集成学习的隐私信息泄露,以及异构、动态性所带来的隐私处理算法计算复杂性等技术问题,解决数据隐私性与效用性冲突,以及面向大数据隐私处理算法的高度计算复杂性问题。
ABSTRACT
Crowd counting, for estimating the number of people in a crowd using vision based computer techniques, has attracted much interest in research community. Although many attempts have been reported, real world problems, such as huge variation in subjects’ sizes in images and serious occlusion among people, make it still a challenging problem. In this study, we propose an Adaptive Counting Convolutional Neural Network (A-CCNN) and consider the scale variation of objects in a frame adaptively so as to improve the accuracy of counting. The existing approaches also typically end up with a complicated network model resulting in a challenge for real-time processing. In our approach, a new pruning strategy is proposed by considering the contributions of various filters to the final classification. The filters in the original CCNN model are grouped into positive, negative and irrelevant types. We prune the irrelevant filters of which feature maps contain little information, and the negative filters determined by a mask learned on a training dataset. We demonstrate the advantages of our proposed approach on a crowd counting problem. Our experimental results on benchmark datasets show that the proposed network model improves the counting accuracy.
ABSTRACT
The China HPC TOP100 list, an annual report of the 100 most powerful high performance computing (HPC) systems installed in mainland China, has traced the rapid growth of HPC technology in China since its first publication in 2002. This paper introduces the China HPC TOP100 list and reviews the current status of HPC systems in China in terms of system features, manufactures, and areas of application using the data reported in the most recent list, published on November 1st, 2018. We provide further analysis, prediction of future trends, and directions of the development of HPC systems in China referencing historical data accumulated through archived TOP100 lists and other publically available information.
ABSTRACT
Firstly, this report presents the basic concepts and the related technology of blockchain. Then the following aspects are described: introduction of the technical characteristics and framework structure of consortium blockchain, analysis of the formal representation of traditional information systems and consortium blockchain based on the technical characteristics and architecture mode of traditional information systems, analysis of similarities and difference between consortium blockchain and traditional information systems. Furthermore, taking the characteristics, architecture and the current development status of traditional information systems into consideration, this report focuses on the development trend of the architecture of consortium blockchain. Finally, combining with the content of the previous introduction and the development status of the blockchain in all aspects, the report gives some thoughts on the theory and technology of the development of blockchain.
